Returns

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of arrival. Items must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Plus

For now, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Sorry!

How quickly will my order be shipped? Plus

We will out your items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items shipped via Standard shipping will typically arrive in 5 – 7 business days. Items shipped via Express shipping will typically arrive in 2 – 3 business days.

Product Availability
The item I would like to purchase is sold out. Plus

Please sign up for restock notifications on the product page so we can let you know when the item becomes available. But if you are very passionate about that item coming back, please email us at hello@ourKasama.com – it helps us know which products are most in-demand so we can make more!
