SHIPPING POLICY

• You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
• We will ship your items within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• The estimated shipping time within the US is 5-7 days for regular shipping and 3-4 days for expedited shipping.
• If you are outside the US and would like to order an item, please email us at hello@ourKasama.com for shipping options.

RETURN POLICY

Start a return by emailing us at hello@ourKasama.com. Please include your order number, and which items you would like to return.

• Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returned items.
• Refunds will be processed once the product is received & quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, only the products will be refunded. 
• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
• Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
